(Ages 9-15) In this creative class, kids use colorful string and paper to make amazing works of art—no nails or tools needed! Through looping, weaving, tying, and layering, students explore patterns, shapes, and textures while building fine motor skills and creativity. $15 class fee will be payable at registration to cover shared materials. (16 max)

Lights...camera...imagination! In this creative class, children will bring stories to life through movement, drama, and storytelling activities. Students will explore characters, settings, and emotions while building confidence, communication skills, and teamwork. Through playful performances, story creation, and role-play, kids will learn to express themselves and have fun on stage—no acting experience required! (16 max)

Piano from the Very Beginning (ages 6-15)

It’s your week to play for the first time. This class assumes no previous experience in playing or music reading abilities. Put your hands to the keys in a group setting for beginning lessons, as well as listening to modern pianists, note reading, and learning history of composers and performers. All students need to be able to read letters, numbers and simple sentences. Keyboards provided. $10 supply fee will be payable at registration to cover shared materials. (10 max)

Slime Time Lab (Ages 6-8)

Get ready to mix, stretch, and squish! In this hands-on class, kids will create their own slime while learning simple science concepts through fun experiments. Students will explore colors, textures, and reactions as they design gooey masterpieces to take home. It’s messy, exciting, and full of slimy fun! $20 will be payable at registration to cover shared materials. (16 max)

Safe Sitter® (Ages 11-14)

The Safe Sitter® curriculum is designed exclusively for young teens in grades 6-8 (students must be 11), and covers the following areas:safety skills, childcare skills, first aid and rescue skills, and life and business skills. Safe Sitter® courses are instructor led and interactive, with hands-on demonstrations and skills practice using soft-bodied dolls and medical manikins. Class fee includes The Official Safe Sitter® Babysitter’s Handbook and completion card. Parents, please plan to attend the last 15 minutes for graduation and important information to keep your student safe. Bring a sack lunch, and students will have a half hour supervised lunch. 7 hrs. (8 max)

Have you ever wanted to solve mysteries or be a detective like a member of a CSI team or Sherlock Holmes? Come solve mysteries using logic and forensic science! With the discovery of DNA by Watson, Crick, and Rosalind Franklin in the 1950s, scientists began to develop methods that made modern forensic science possible.

Kids will enjoy active outdoor play witha variety of classic games including soccer, kickball, ultimate frisbee,flicker ball, and wiffle ball. This class focuses on teamwork, sportsmanship, and having fun while staying active outdoors. Please bring sunscreen, a hat, and a water bottle. (24 Max)
