Ages: 5 - 11
Step into a world where food and fantasy come together! Our Storybook Cooking Class brings beloved tales to life through hands-on cooking and baking experiences. Perfect for kids and families, this interactive class will guide participants through crafting delicious treats inspired by classic fairy tales, adventure stories, and magical worlds. $22 supply fee payable to instructor atthe first class. (18 Max)

Young Climbers (ages 4-6)
with ANNA WILSON

Ages: 4 - 6
Climb on—at a young age—on the 6,000 square foot wall at San Juan College’s Health and Human Performance Center. Learn how to climb and boulder (bouldering is a style of rock climbing that is done close to the ground without ropes or harnesses and focuses on technique and control). Wear comfortable clothing and athletic/tennis shoes. Cost includes all necessary equipment, and class cost covers staffing to ensure a 1:6 staff to-student ratio for safety purposes. (10 max)

Indoor Rock Climbing (ages 6-8)
with ERIN MASCARENAS

Ages: 6 - 8
Achieve new heights on the 6,000 square foot wall at San Juan College’s Health and Human Performance Center. Climbing offers a new perspective as you explore routes specifically designed for kids and learn how to boulder (bouldering is a style of rock climbing that is done close to the ground without ropes or harnesses and focuses on technique and control). Build confidence as you learn safety, basic knots and team building skills with activities and games. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic/tennis shoes. Cost includes all necessary equipment, and class cost covers staffing to ensure a 1:6 staff-to-student ratio for safety purposes. (10 max)

Japanese Cooking (ages 9-15)

Ages: 9 - 15
Back by popular demand! You may know Japanese food from sushi rolls, Japanese omelets or from your favorite Anime and Manga series. Discover how to make sushi (without the raw fish) or traditional ramen noodles and top off your culinary explorations with desserts and cakes. $20 supply fee payable to instructor at the first class.
